We currently ship to U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Guam, and Puerto Rico.

Yes! Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $60.
*Note: Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not eligible for free shipping, even if the subtotal meets the $60 threshold.*

Under normal conditions, standard shipping orders take 4–7 business days from the ship date to arrive. Expedited shipping options may vary by location.
Q – When will my order ship?
We process orders Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays. Standard shipping orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Mainland U.S:
Orders under $60: $8.50 flat fee.
Expedited 2-day shipping: $20.

We want you to love your beauty products! If you’re not satisfied, here’s how returns work:
Eligibility & Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date.
We can only accept items that are unopened, unused, or gently used (no more than 50% product remaining). Empty or heavily used products cannot be refunded.
How to Process a Return

Shipping label options:
Convenience label (recommended): We’ll generate a label for you, but the return shipping cost ($7.50) will be deducted from your refund.
Self-arranged shipping: You can use your own carrier. Ship items to:

Include a return slip with your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package.
Note: We’re not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and notify you via email within 14 business days of receipt.
Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval, minus the convenience shipping label cost (if applicable).
Refunds include the product purchase price and taxes, but exclude original shipping fees (unless the return is due to a seller error).
