Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all seals, tags, and labels intact. This includes beauty tools, skincare, haircare, and makeup products.
- Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" (e.g., limited-edition sets, personalized products) are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible US orders). International customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
- Ship the Items: Package the products securely, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship them back to the address provided in the return authorization email.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. This process typically takes 5–7 business days.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
- Refunds include the purchase price of the returned items. Shipping fees (both original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
- For orders where free shipping was applied, a deduction equivalent to the standard shipping rate will be made from the refund if the return reduces the order total below the free shipping threshold.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the issue and your order details, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no additional charge.
Exceptions
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., opened, used, or damaged items due to customer mishandling).
- For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
- Returns without a valid RMA number may be delayed or rejected.
